I have had that quote for a few years now. It is from the Greek Philosopher Heraclitus. I made it into a typographical poster 5 years ago and just the other day I decided to put it on a t-shirt. I hand cut the stencil last night and used spray paint, probably not the best option but it was what i had on hand.
